One Time Service	$150 (up to 3,000 square feet*) (30-day guarantee) For rodent and/or roach control, call for rates
Bi-monthly Service	$150 (initial service) (*up to 3,000 square feet) $65 new Bi-monthly agreement
Termites	(We use Taurus and/or Termidor Termiticides) -- call for rates!

Inspection Reports

Single Family Residence	$150 if paid for at time of inspection $175 if billed to an open and active escrow (up to 3,000 square feet*)
Duplexes	$250 if paid at time of inspection $275 if billed to an open and active escrow
Tri-plexes	$300 if paid for at time of inspection $325 if billed to an open and active escrow
Four-plexes	$350 if paid for at time of inspection $375 if billed to an open and active escrow
Apartments	Call our office for a quote.
