Preparing for an Inspection

Remove stored items below sinks.
Clear stored items away from the interior foundation footing in the garage.
Remove any storage obstructing the subarea access opening and/or attic access.
Provide access to areas below decks where possible.
Remove any firewood or stored items stacked adjacent to the structure.
Unlock all gates and restrain pets if necessary.
Have all interior doors unlocked.
Notify occupants about the inspection.
